Frederique Beroset MBA & MS Biology, CEO
Beroset established Dune Doctors in 2000 after years spent researching native coastal plants and developing protocols to grow underused species. With a background in plant biology, she stresses the importance of using plants native to the area when restoring a habitat. As a respected expert in coastal restoration, Beroset designs projects with a strong emphasis on scientific protocols. Details such as the mixed variety of vegetation, size, and quantity of plantings, and the integration of genetically similar species are key factors that result in a higher-than-average success rate for Dune Doctors. Achieving a natural look that is both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally compliant is the value proposition for the company. Dune Doctors ensures project success through a process called TEAM QAQC, the goal of which is to improve coastal resiliency through the fortification, restoration, and protection of dune ecosystems for years to come.
Who is part of Dune Doctors?
Dune Doctors is made up of a team of interdisciplinary professionals who love the people, wildlife, and native environment that line the Gulf Coast. We work with private, commercial, and government property owners to naturally fortify dune ecosystems and combat erosion.
Head Quarters (HQ) Team
Our office team handles all of the logistics and coordinates with local, state, and federal regulating authorities to achieve and promote sustainable coastal resiliency.
Our Field Team is responsible for the restoration and maintenance of dune ecosystems. You can find them along the coast working tirelessly to protect waterfront communities.
Meet the Team
With over 10 years in the sales industry, Bankston Roberts joined Dune Doctors to help coastal communities better understand the importance of investing in their protective dune ecosystem. As a Pensacola Beach resident and the Sales Manager of Dune Doctors he is passionate about restoring our native coastline. Bankston is an avid foodie that enjoys creating works of art in the form of charcuterie boards. When not in the kitchen, you can normally find him at the dog beach with his significant other and three dogs.
Sydney Woodman, a Louisiana native, brings Cajun spice and a rich background in customer relations experience to our team. She serves as the Administrative Assistant and is the first voice you'll hear when contacting Dune Doctors. Sydney supports every department at HQ and handles employee benefits, training, and hiring. When she is not at the beach with her Weimaraner, Krewe, she teaches Pure Barre Fitness classes and promotes Pensacola's culture by volunteering with different organizations such as Fiesta Pensacola.

Amanda Post is our research-driven creative who serves as the Education and Marketing Coordinator. Through community engagement efforts, such as mobilizing school children to restore dune ecosystems, Amanda inspires beachgoers to become Coastal Stewards. She directs and brands our outreach campaigns, empowering water-front communities to protect their native coastline. An Audubon volunteer, she advocates for nesting shorebirds and enjoys relaxing with her husband and rescue terrier, Lady Gorgonzola.
